Terms and Conditions for Miss Asia Global Canada

1.Participant should should be a resident of Canada with Asian ancestry.
2. Participant should be between 16 years – 30years– Height 5’.3″ & above. Have to present proof of age, for that there are different options, like a valid passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate or driver’s license.
3 Participant should not be married, pregnant or a parent.
4 Participant should be a natural-born female and not had a sex change.
5. Participant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
7 Once participant is shortlisted, she cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant for one year during and after the pageant.
8 Registration fee paid is non-refundable . It will be refunded only if the event gets cancelled.
9. Participants will have to pay extra fee for photography and videography of the show.
10. Winners will get sash, crown, trophy, bouquet and cash prize.
11. Winners will have to make minimum 6 appearances in the community, charity, commercial, cultural or social events to promote Miss Asia Global Canada throughout the year to get the cash prizes. During the appearance in any event, it is mandatory for the winners to wear sash, and crown and take pictures of the event with their appearance in pictures/videos and post them on their social media and send to Shining Star Productions Manitoba. Winners are liable to approve their appearance in any event from the managing director of Shining Star productions Manitoba. Winners should email managing Director about the details of the event where they are invited or appearing and get the written consent to appear. Appearances will be approved by Managing Director of Shining Star Productions Manitoba. In the event of not fulfilling the appearances obligations, cash prize will be forfeited.
12. Organizers have the right to use the pictures and videos of the participants and winners on social media, in newspapers, magazines, tv channels etc. to promote or advertise the pageants and organization.
13. Managing Director of the Shining Star Productions Manitoba has the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the pageants if the participant is found using abusive language, rude behavior or mistreated or harassed any member of the team of Shining Star Productions. In this case, any fee paid to participate or register in the pageants will not be refunded.
14. Attendance in all the modeling workshops, photoshoot , preliminaries and finale day is mandatory. As the selection criteria has scores for workshops and photoshoot attendance , it becomes your responsibility to be regular and punctual on every workshop and pre-events.

3 Participant can be single, married, separated or divorced.
4 Participant should be a natural-born male and not had a sex change.
5. Participant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
7 Once participant is shortlisted, she cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant for one year during and after the pageant.

   2. Participant should be between 5 years – 15years have to present proof of age, for that there are different options, like a valid passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate or driver’s license
   3   Registration fee paid is non-refundable . It will be refunded only if the event gets cancelled.
